yay, I did the C25K before my wedding, and it really does gradually get you up to running a 5K easily. The only challenge is getting your butt out the door and running 3 days a week!

I did The 30 Day Shred for a while and got out of the habit after our move. I'd try the couch to 5k thing but I really don't like running. Maybe I would if I had some good tunes to cheer me on... no I still don't think I'd like it.

First of all, let me tell you I love love love your blog.

I don't have any suggestions for music, but I am also trying to stick with a workout regimen and running is what I have decided upon. I have gone for a run 4 straight days, which is good for me because I have a tendency to be like you and pick it up then quit very shortly after because I hate to exercise!

I did the Couch to 5K program and it really worked!! It sounded like a piece of cake, and it wasn't quite that easy...but it really did work. I ran a 5K about a week after finishing and made it all the way!!!

I do love me some Mac -- Toby Mac that is. The boy gets me moving!! Also Michael Tait, Yep I like me some DC Talk gone all rogue err, ummm, solo =) Also Jeremy Camp has some great kickin' it music, as well as Kutless and Need to Breathe. Yep good stuff!!!

So tell me, is the Couch to 5K done inside? If not you may need to invest in some ear muffs =)
