These are GREAT goals Megan. Now print those babies out and post on your bathroom mirror and your fridge and you'll be reminded of them often.

great list! I'm with you on... all of them! I need (and have done well so far this year=)) to be more supportive about Hubby going to workout, we just love hanging out and sometimes I don't want to share him with the gym, but it's important to both of us (and we just joined and really need to get goin' on it) to be (um get) in shape and feel good. We also want to start running again, sounds like you're doing great! Can't wait to hear about all of the progress! =) You're going to do great!

We should find a half marathon to run together this year! That would be so fun! I'm SO SERIOUS! Then the four of us could go stay wherever it was for the weekend and we could run and then eat really good after we finished. I have done one half and lived to tell about it!
