So imagine our shock and amusement when that baby came out with blue eyes and light (almost blonde) hair. When Eli was first born everybody said he looked just like me, but as time has gone on more people say they think he looks like Luke.
When I was home for Christmas I got a picture of Luke as a baby so I thought it would be fun to do a picture comparison. I tried to get pictures of us from around the same age.

My little Indian baby was supposed to have my dark, thick hair and dark eyes too. However, he has crystal blue eyes, lighter skin, and hair that is gradually getting darker. And! Everyone said he looked like his daddy at first but now everyone says he is looking like his momma... Eli looks like Luke to me. I just love little Eli's picture because they remind me so much of Wyatt. It's that quarter Indian in them! Haha :)

He is definitely a 'blender baby'.50% you (your coloring) and 50% his papa (except for the coloring and the amount of hair,he looks just like Luke!).

i say luke's eye shape, but the rest is all you! both me and jeffrey are dark haired, olive complected, and brown-eyed. but libbi has blonde hair, fair skin, and super blue eyes! we got so used to the way she looked that when we had another baby that actually looked like us we it seemed so strange - haha! genetics are a funny and unpredictable thing :)
