The Hole

This morning I got up and got dressed as I usually do.

I put on a skirt that I hadn't worn in awhile but look appealing today.

It wasn't until several hours after I arrived at work that I realized that my cute skirt had a flipping HOLE in it.

And its not even from F21, which is who I usually blame when my clothes have holes in them.

I mean I knew I had gained weight this past year but I didn't know I was to the point of popping seams.
I am beginning to think I am a lot harder on my clothes than I realize.

Poor F21 I have been so hard on them in the past and it seems it was my own fault. I owe them an apology.

Perhaps God is trying to show Luke that I need new clothes?

Or perhaps he is trying to show me not to put stock in material things?

I think I will stick with the first one.

And yes I am still wearing the skirt, I guess I don't care enough to go home and change clothes. My student worker assured me it wasn't noticeable unless I pointed it out. We will see......

  2. I'm sure you looked cute. I didn't notice it either until the picture was zoomed in. We are usually the ones that notice little things like that, you know? Not others.

  6. I am starting to think you may have a bad washer or dryer. Is the dryer super hot? Do you wash just clothes together (not towels with clothes) ? These may be the cause of your troubles if so.
    Cute shirt, too bad.

  8. That's a shame! That is an adorable skirt. I'm so jealous! But not so much now that you've developed a hole in it :( That stinks! And I think it definitely means you need some new clothes... *hint, hint, Luke!*
