A Few of my Favorite Things

Here are a few of my favorite things that are helping me survive winter.....

Ugg House Shoes
These things are amazing. Now I am a big Ugg fan, but these house shoes put the boots to shame. They are so comfy and warm, I even wear them in public!!

Scarves
For me, scarves have gone from keeping me warm to a fashionable accessory, and have begun collecting them. I am so glad they are cheap (and Luke is glad too, I tend to over-buy)!

Curly Hair Stuff
This stuff is great for the days when it is waaaay too cold outside the comfort of my blankets in my bed and I want to sleep in a little longer. I know that my curl cream is waiting for me and I don't have to waste time drying my hair, just put this stuff in, 'scrunch' it with my hands and I am good to go!
Self Tanner
Well, this isn't really self tanner, but it does give me a 'natural glow' for the long winter months when I go days without contact with the sun. However it only works when I remember to use it, I usually forget!

Skinny Jeans
Yes I love these jeans during all seasons of the year. But they are especially great in the winter because boots fits perfectly over them (yes I am that girl)

Old Navy Sweats
I basically live in these in the winter. They are so comfy and casual, but yet nice enough to wear in public.

These are the items that have helped me survive Winter. I love them all but I am READY to leave them behind.
C'mon Spring!!! Bring on the tank tops and flip flops!

Yes, time for warmer weather to come! My sisters both got the UGG slippers for Christmas and love them. My mom double checked with me to see if I wanted them, but I opted for the cheaper American Eagle slippers- bad decision...I'm wishing that my toes were being kept warm by those cute, fuzzy UGGS!

I love the sweats from Old Navy too! I stocked up over the holidays when they were dirt cheap! Love the way skinny jeans look on other girls, but I they just don't work on me :(

I love scarfs too!!! And the comfy sweats, I live in them any chance I can.

I have NOT tried the skinny jeans yet. I just got new boots so I kinda want to but I am scared at the same time. Some people can pull it off but others can't - I am sure you look super cute!

I love your favorite things - especially the UGG house shoes and scarves. Where did you find all of those scarves? I can't find any cute ones that I like...

Also, I use something from the same hair care line for my curly hair, but now I want to try this too :)

Megan,
Who knew Uggs made houseshoes? Get out? I had no idea!! Do I live under a rock? Possibly. =)

I love your skinny jeans self, but they are not for me. When you have a booty it just doesn't work. Just saying . . .

But I love you in yours with your boots. You are quite possibly the girl I look at and go, "oohh that is so cute!!"

Have a Blessed day with all your fav things,
Dawn

SOFT CURL! I will vouch for you that the stuff is amazing! My prob is I can never find it anymore! I guess that's what I get for living in a small town. However, I'm off to the big city of Tuscaloosa, AL today, so I may swing by and get me some!
